Contact UsEvents at the Long Beach Amphitheater are all-ages unless otherwise specified. Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter.
Smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes, of any kind is permitted in designated areas only.
The Long Beach Amphitheater has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated upon arrival. Any intoxicated guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE: The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens or a lens that extends out by more than 1 inch will be considered professional and is not allowed. Some events do not permit cameras of any kind, so please check back for your event to ensure whether cameras will be allowed.

Premium ExperiencesThe Amphitheater is a 100% cashless facility. Only major credit/debit cards and mobile payment options will be accepted for payment.
For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Aerosol cans
- Animals/Pets (except service animals)
- Audio/Video recording equipment
- Balloons, beach balls or related items
- Cans, bottles, or glass containers
- Guests may bring empty plastic/nalgene reusable bottles. Guests will be required to discard the contents of any reusable bottle brought on property. No metal bottles are allowed.
- Chains, studded bracelets, etc.
- Coolers or ice chests
- Illegal drugs
- Large bags
- Laser pens and pointers
- Noise making devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)
- Outside food and beverage
- Professional photography equipment, including tripods, monopods and selfie sticks.
- Poles or sticks for flags, signs, etc.
- Skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, etc.
- Stickers
- Signs: no signs larger than 8.5x11. No large posters or cardboard posters are allowed inside the venue.
- Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
- Weapons of any kind: pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.
- Umbrellas
- Bottled water: One (1) factory sealed plastic water bottle allowed per person.
- Guests may bring empty plastic/nalgene reusable bottles. Guests will be required to discard the contents of any reusable bottle brought on property. No metal bottles are allowed.
- Cameras: subject to artist approval. Please see camera policy for more information.
- Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue in its sole discretion.
