Personal, non-professional cameras (including point-and-shoot and disposable cameras) will be permitted; however, photography policies may vary by event. Please refer to your event page for any specific restrictions.
Professional cameras - including those with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 2 inches - as well as video cameras, GoPros, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices, and selfie sticks are not permitted inside the venue.
All policies are subject to change based on artist requirements and will be strictly enforced.
Camping, overnight parking, and loitering are not permitted on venue grounds.
The Amphitheater is a 100% cashless venue. Credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments are accepted.
All guests, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket unless otherwise specified. Please check your event page for specific age restrictions.
Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Face coverings or costumes may be subject to security screening and must not obstruct identification.
In the event of an emergency, guests should follow all instructions provided by venue staff, security, and public address announcements. These procedures are in place to ensure the safety of all guests.
All guests will pass through a security screening upon entry, including metal detectors and bag checks. Only approved bags are permitted. Please review the bag policy in advance and allow extra time for entry.
For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.

- Guests may bring empty plastic/nalgene reusable bottles. Guests will be required to discard the contents of any reusable bottle brought on property. No metal bottles are allowed.
- Chains, studded bracelets, etc.
- Coolers or ice chests
- Illegal drugs
- Large bags
- Laser pens and pointers
- Noise making devices (i.e. whistles, air horns)
- Outside food and beverage
- Professional photography equipment, including tripods, monopods and selfie sticks.
- Poles or sticks for flags, signs, etc.
- Skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, etc.
- Stickers
- Signs: no signs larger than 8.5x11. No large posters or cardboard posters are allowed inside the venue.
- Unapproved pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc.
- Weapons of any kind: pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc.
- Umbrellas
- Bottled water: One (1) factory sealed plastic water bottle allowed per person.
- Guests may bring empty plastic/nalgene reusable bottles. Guests will be required to discard the contents of any reusable bottle brought on property. No metal bottles are allowed.

- Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue in its sole discretion.

Private EventsEvents are held rain or shine. In the event of a delay or cancellation, updates will be communicated through official venue channels.
Restrooms are located throughout the venue, including accessible and family/all-gender restrooms.
In accordance with California law, single-user restrooms are designated as all-gender and may be used by any guest.
Seating varies by event and may include reserved seating and/or general admission. All guests must have a valid ticket for entry, regardless of age.
Smoking of any kind - including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and marijuana - is not permitted inside the venue.
Guests must comply with all local laws and venue policies at all times.
The Amphitheater is committed to sustainability efforts, including waste reduction and environmentally conscious operations. Guests are encouraged to support these efforts during their visit.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own mobility devices if needed. Mobility devices will not be available on site.
Tickets must be presented on a mobile device for entry; printed copies may not be accepted. For the fastest entry, please have your mobile ticket ready and accessible before reaching the gate.
WiFi and cellular service may be limited at the venue. Guests are strongly encouraged to download their tickets in advance and add them to their mobile wallet (e.g., Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) prior to arrival.
Screenshots of tickets may not be accepted.
Distribution of handouts, flyers, promotional materials, or unauthorized vending is not permitted on venue property without prior written approval. Solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited. Guests or vendors engaging in these activities will be asked to leave the premises.
Re-entry is not permitted. Once you exit the venue, re-entry will not be allowed.
Gate times vary by event time. Venue gates typically open 2 hours prior to showtime. Please check your specific event listing for event times.
No signs, banners, or posters are permitted inside the venue.
Guests arriving with signage will be asked to return items to their vehicle or dispose of them prior to entry.
First Aid services are available on-site during all events. Please contact the nearest staff member for assistance.
Pets are not permitted inside the venue.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and must be trained to perform a specific task for a guest with a disability.
Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase inside the venue. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Valid Government ID is required.
